Frequently
asked questions.

A few practical answers about working with DigIntel.

Ask us something else

What services does DigIntel offer?

DigIntel works across custom software and web platforms, applied AI, telecommunications, cybersecurity, technical integration, and research and development. We can take on a focused technical task or bring several disciplines together for a wider project.

Can we start with an idea or a feasibility study?

Yes. You do not need a finished specification to start a conversation. We can help clarify the problem, explore technical options and identify what needs to be tested. A feasibility study or prototype can provide a useful first step before a larger development commitment.

Do you work with international clients?

Yes. DigIntel is based in Latvia and works with international clients and partners. We agree on communication, collaboration tools and working arrangements around the needs of each project.

How long does a project take?

The timeline depends on scope, technical uncertainty, integrations and access to the people and information involved. After an initial discussion, we define a practical first phase and its deliverables, then estimate the work against that scope.

How do you approach data security in software and AI projects?

We consider data sensitivity, access permissions, hosting and third-party services as part of the technical design. For AI work, this includes deciding what information a model can access and where that information is processed. Specific security and confidentiality requirements are agreed for each engagement.

Can you support a system after launch?

Yes. Maintenance, updates, technical support and further development can be included in the engagement. We agree on the scope and responsibilities so the handover and the next stage of work are clear.
